You've got questions, we've got answers.

We've tried to answer common questions we think our guests might be thinking. If your question isn't answered here, please don't hesitate to reach out and we'll provide you with more information.

Will there be transportation to the venue?

Yes! We have hired shuttles to take our guests to and from the venue. The shuttles will pick up at the Fairmont Château Whistler hotel and at the Bus Loop in the village. They will drop-off back to the same pick-up locations.

When should I make sure I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by May 31st 2025 by clicking any of the RSVP buttons on the website. If you do not RSVP by May 31st 2025 we will take that as you are unable to attend.

Is there a dress code/ what should I wear?

We're getting dressed up, and we'd love if our friends and family did too! Summer suits and formal dresses are great. Since the ceremony is on a golf course, there is a NO stilettos policy. Please wear block heels or flats rather than skinny heels.

Can I take pictures?

We want everyone to enjoy the ceremony, so please put your cell phones and cameras away before it starts. After the ceremony, we STRONGLY encourage you to take as many photos and videos as you'd like! (and please share them with us!)

Can I bring a guest/ can I bring my children?

Due to capacity limits and the venue, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. This is also an adults-only event with the exception of our flower girl and ring bearer. Thank you for understanding!

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes! you can park on site for free. We want to remind those who are driving not to drink and drive. We will have various mocktails for those DD's to enjoy!

Is the venue indoors or outdoors?

Both! The ceremony will be held outside on a green facing beautiful Mount Curry. The cocktail hour and dancing will be held outside under the trellis and on the patio. The dinner will be held inside the club house.

What time should I arrive to the venue?

We recommend guests arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony start time to be sure to find the venue, get parking if needed and settle in before it begins.

How does the room block work?

You can book through the link here. When you book you should see King and Queen rooms available. If you are having any troubles you can call them directly to book at (604) 938-8000 and say it's under Taylor & Aidan's wedding.
